Online Counselling
- Working people or busy individuals who find it difficult to find the extra time to commute for in-person sessions.
- Full-time parents who are busy caring for their family, or those juggling a full-time job with family life. This is a flexible way to integrate counselling sessions into their schedules and benefit from professional support, all from the comfort of their own home.
- Individuals around British Columbia or in other parts of Canada, who have found it difficult to find a Bilingual, Farsi speaking counsellor they can feel comfortable with.
- Individuals who, for any reason, do not have access to face-to-face grief counselling.
- People with disabilities or other ailments that make it difficult for them to meet in-person with a counsellor.
- People who feel uncomfortable discussing private matters with a stranger, will find solace in the protective distance of online counselling.
- Individuals with depression and anxiety concerns who find it overwhelming to leave their home. Online counselling can be a good first step in easing themselves in.
